Eligibility for Returns

 

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Items purchased within the last 30 days from the delivery date

  • Items in original, unused condition

  • Items in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Items accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged by misuse, wear, or normal use

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

Customer's Responsibility

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, customers are responsible for the following:

  • Condition of Returned Items: Ensuring that all returned items are in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • Return Authorization: Contacting our customer service team to initiate the return and obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us.

  • Secure Packaging: Properly and securely packaging items to prevent damage during return transit. YOUNERO LTD is not liable for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Covering the cost of return shipping under all circumstances. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and YOUNERO LTD does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Proof of Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

 

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at help@younero.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Our team will review your request and provide you with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)

  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Package items securely in original packaging when possible

  • Include your return authorization number

  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation

  • Ship to our designated return address

Step 4: Processing Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days

  • Process your refund or exchange

  • Send a confirmation email regarding the status

 

Refund Information

 

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit Cards: 7-14 business days after processing

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price for eligible returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not reimbursed by YOUNERO LTD.

Exchange Policy

 

We gladly accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same item

  • Different colors of the same item

  • Items of equal or lesser value

For exchanges to items of greater value, you will be charged the price difference. Exchange requests must be made within the same 30-day return window.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Provide photos of the defective/damaged item

  • We will provide a prepaid return label to send the item back to us.

  • Choose between a replacement or a full refund.
