Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method you used for your order. No additional fees will apply.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items on sale are also refundable.
Non-Returnable Goods

Gifts

Warranty Policy
YOUNERO LTD offers a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Depending on the issue, we may repair or replace the defective product (refunds are not provided under warranty).
